I understand that vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, including cancellation, emergencies, no-shows, or weather

I understand vendor space is non-transferrable without written approval by the Event Host

I understand I must arrive during the scheduled setup time and must remain for entire event. Early break downs are prohibitted with exception of emergencies and I must communicate with Event Host.
